40. In property assessment matters, including the setting aside or contestation of a roll, the fees both before the Administrative Tribunal of Québec and in appeal before the Court of Québec shall be those prescribed for Class II-A of the Tariff in first instance; section 42 shall not apply thereto and the cost of experts’ reports shall not be included in the bill of costs.
